Anna Dodge Dillman owned the majority of the property covered on this sheet at the time of printing. Playa Riente, the Adison Mizner designed 80 or 90 room mansion built in 1920 and demolished in 1957, sat approximately on the ocean side of the intersection of Tradewind (not shown on sheet) and S. Ocean Blvd. Anna was the second owner of Playa Riente when she bought it in the mid 1920's, and lived there seasonally until it was torn down
There is a little bit of irony to her wealth in that a good portion of it came from when her first husband sold shares of FORD Motor Company stock that had been aquired when Dodge was just a parts manufacturer
Jamaica Lane and Country Club Rd. are the only East/West roads named at the time of printing
Sandpiper and Tradewind Drives would be cut in the large parcel owned by Anna Dodge Dillman
And Bahama Lane put in between the two tract's of land she owned south of Jamaica Lane
Country Club Rd, on the north side of the golf course, is no longer there
Henry L. Doherty & Co,. Inc is listed on the Palm Beach Country Club golf course.
This sheet was updated with a pencil by the Realtor. Property owner names, property prices and indications of whether there was a structure on the property were noted
